These terms govern your use of the Hillism mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its servers
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

2. Data Accuracy

Hill data is derived from OpenStreetMap and NASA SRTM elevation data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that hill grades, distances, or elevations are perfectly accurate. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

4. Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
